Refresher Course

REFRESHER PROGRAMMEE:
COURSE/CONTINUING EDUCATION

Karnataka Judicial Academy is periodically conducting continuing education programmes to all cadre in-service judicial officers. It was started in pursuance to the Board resolution dated 26.11.2012. In such continuing programmes, focus will be on the new enactments and amendments introduced by the Parliament or State Legislature.

During the training programme, officers will be enlightened on the interpretation by the Hon'ble High Court or Hon'ble Apex Court on either new enactments or amended provisions of law. Such programmes will help the officers to discharge their judicial functions more effectively.
