Kalaburagi Arbitration Workshop Photos on 15.07.2018

Karnataka Judicial Academy has organized one day workshop on "Arbitration and Conciliation Act" On Sunday the 15th July, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the Conference Hall of High Court of Karnataka, Kalaburagi Bench, Kalaburagi for the judicial officers working in the districts bidar, vijayapura, kalaburagi, raichur & yadgir. Hon'ble Dr. Justice H.B. Prabhakara Sastry, Judge, High Court of Karnataka has inaugurated the Workshop and delivered the Inaugural Address. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Siddappa Sunil Dutt Yadav, Judge, High Court of Karnataka & Governor, Karnataka Judicial Academy presided over the function.

Dharwad Arbitration & Conciliation worskhop on 01.07.2018

Karnataka Judicial Academy has organized one day workshop on “Arbitration and Conciliation Act” on sunday the 1st July, 2018 for the judicial officers working in the districts of Bagalkot, Ballari, Belagavi, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, Koppal, Uttar Kannada, Chitradurga, Davangagere & Kodagu-Madikeri at the Conference Hall of High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad. Hon'ble Mrs. Justice B.V.Nagarathna, Judge, High Court of Karnataka & Governor, Karnataka Judicial Academy has inaugurates the Workshop and delivered the Inaugural Address. Hon'ble Dr. Justice H.B. Prabhakara Sastry, Judge, High Court of Karnataka has presided over the function. Sri. C.S. Patil, Dean & Director of KSLU, Hubbali was the Chief guest of the workshop & he also addressed the judicial officers on the subject Power of the Court to refer the matter to Arbitration under Section 8 of the Act Dynamics and Dimensions.
