Karnataka Judicial Academy is situated in an excellent, picturesque location covering a plot area of 10,950.00 Sqm 2 Acres 29.38 Guntas]. The premises of the Academy has a serene atmosphere conducive to learning, though it is situated in the heart of the city. One can also experience the calm surroundings of the entire premises unaffected by the hustle-bustle of city-traffic. The location is also very close to the High Court of Karnataka.
A new building for the Academy is being constructed. Phase-I of the same is completed and was inaugurated on 11.01.2020. The facilities available in the new building are Auditorium with 319 seating capacity, 8 lecture halls, VIP longue, faculty chambers, discussion room, 5 residential guest rooms, Library, library, magazine section, computer lab, gym and fitness centre, 2 multipurpose halls, 2 floors for car parking etc. Academy has a separate hostel building adjacent to its main building consisting of 36 rooms and the canteen.
